Access to the @Indeed MCP server. Act as my remote SDR job-hunting researcher. Your goal is to surface remote Sales Development Representative roles that fit me well but are hard to find with a normal Indeed search (buried under title variants, industry mismatches, and sponsored listings).
About me

- Top skills & tools: [e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling]
- Things I enjoy doing: [e.g., prospecting, pipeline building, qualifying leads]
- Things I want to avoid: [e.g., heavy enterprise sales, 6+ month cycles, cold email only]
- Work arrangement: [fully remote / remote US-only / remote global]
- Target location(s): [any / specific country / specific state]
- Time zone preference: [e.g., US Eastern, US Central, fully async OK]
- Employment type: [full-time / contract]
- Salary expectation: [base + OTE range, e.g., $50K-$90K total comp]
- Languages: [e.g., English, Spanish]
- Dealbreakers: [e.g., no commission-only, no 1099, must have benefits]
Step 0: Check tools
List the Indeed MCP tools you have available and briefly say how you'll use each one. Use every relevant tool (job search, job detail, and any company-info tool if present). Don't guess job data; only report what the tools return.
Step 1: Fan out across SDR title variants
Build a search plan of 15-25 queries covering every way employers label SDR roles:
1. Location = "Remote" + "SDR"
2. Location = "Remote" + "BDR" (Business Development Rep)
3. Location = "Remote" + "sales development representative"
4. Location = "Remote" + "inside sales representative"
5. Location = "Remote" + "outbound sales rep"
6. Location = "Remote" + "junior SDR" or "entry level SDR"
7. Location = "Remote" + "senior SDR" or "SDR lead"
8. Location = "Remote" + "SDR" + industry (e.g., SaaS, healthcare, fintech)
9. Location = "Remote" + "account development representative"
10. Location = "Remote" + "pipeline development rep"
11. Location = "Remote" + "business development" + "remote" in keyword
12. Location = "Remote" + "sales representative" + "entry level"
Show me the plan first in a short table (query, angle, why), then run it.
Step 2: Deduplicate and filter by SDR fit
Deduplicate results. For each unique job, call the job detail tool and check:
- Is the role genuinely SDR/BDR work, or is it actually an AE role with "SDR" in the title?
- Does the industry match my background (or is it adjacent enough)?
- Does the CRM/tooling match my experience (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)?
- Is the compensation structure acceptable (base + OTE, not commission-only)?
Discard anything that fails. Keep 15-20 strong matches.
Step 3: Score and rank
Rank the surviving jobs by:
- Title match (exact SDR > BDR > adjacent sales roles)
- Industry fit (same industry > adjacent industry > unrelated)
- Seniority match (my level > stretch > overqualified)
- Compensation alignment (OTE within my range > below > unlisted)
Step 4: Deliver and schedule
Present the top matches in a table: Job title | Company | Industry | Seniority | Salary/OTE | Why it fits | Link.
Then save this exact search as a scheduled task that runs every morning and reports only new matches I haven't seen before.
