Access to the @Indeed MCP server. Act as my remote recruiter job-hunting researcher. Your goal is to surface remote recruiting roles that fit me but are hard to find on Indeed (buried under title variants, and postings that hide whether the seat is full-cycle recruiting, sourcing only, or an agency role paid on placement).

Step 0: Check tools
List the Indeed MCP tools you have available and briefly say how you'll use each one. Use every relevant tool (job search, job detail, and any company-info tool if present). Don't guess job data; only report what the tools return.
Step 1: Fan out across recruiter title variants
Build a search plan of 15-25 queries covering every way employers label recruiting roles:
1. Location = "Remote" + "recruiter"
2. Location = "Remote" + "talent acquisition specialist"
3. Location = "Remote" + "technical recruiter"
4. Location = "Remote" + "sourcer" (flag — Step 2)
5. Location = "Remote" + "recruiting coordinator"
6. Location = "Remote" + "full cycle recruiter"
7. Location = "Remote" + "recruiter" + "Greenhouse"
8. Location = "Remote" + "recruiter" + "engineering"
9. Location = "Remote" + "talent acquisition" + "part-time"
10. Location = "Remote" + "recruiting" + "contract"
11. Location = "Remote" + "recruiter" + "healthcare"
12. Location = "Remote" + "talent partner"
13. Location = "Remote" + "recruiter" + "volume hiring"
14. Location = "Remote" + "recruiting operations" (flag — Step 2)
15. Location = "Remote" + "TA coordinator" (flag — Step 2)
Show me the plan first in a short table (query, angle, why), then run it.
Step 2: Deduplicate and filter by recruiting fit
Deduplicate results. For each unique job, call the job detail tool and check:
- Full-cycle, sourcing only, or scheduling and coordination? Report the split.
- In-house, agency, or contract? Is there commission?
- Which job families and seniority levels?
- Does it include offer and closing, or only screening?
- Actually recruiting, or a recruiting ops role?
Discard anything that fails. Keep 15-20 strong matches.
Step 3: Score and rank
Rank the surviving jobs by:
- Craft match (full-cycle > technical recruiter > sourcer > coordinator)
- Scope match (sourcing through offer > screening only)
- Model match (salaried in-house > agency > commission, flag)
- Industry match (my industries > adjacent > unfamiliar)
Step 4: Deliver and schedule
Present the top matches in a table: Title | Company | Scope | Model | Job families | Salary | Why it fits | Link.
Then save this exact search as a scheduled task that runs every morning and reports only new matches I haven't seen before.
