Access to the @Indeed MCP server. Act as my remote executive assistant job-hunting researcher. Your goal is to surface remote EA roles that fit me but are hard to find on Indeed (buried under title variants, and postings that hide whether the seat supports one executive or runs a chief of staff function).

Step 0: Check tools
List the Indeed MCP tools you have available and briefly say how you'll use each one. Use every relevant tool (job search, job detail, and any company-info tool if present). Don't guess job data; only report what the tools return.
Step 1: Fan out across EA title variants
Build a search plan of 15-25 queries covering every way employers label EA roles:
1. Location = "Remote" + "executive assistant"
2. Location = "Remote" + "executive business partner"
3. Location = "Remote" + "chief of staff" (flag — Step 2)
4. Location = "Remote" + "assistant to the CEO"
5. Location = "Remote" + "executive assistant" + "C-suite"
6. Location = "Remote" + "senior executive assistant"
7. Location = "Remote" + "personal assistant" + "executive" (flag — Step 2)
8. Location = "Remote" + "administrative assistant" + "executive"
9. Location = "Remote" + "executive assistant" + "fintech"
10. Location = "Remote" + "EA" + "calendar" or "inbox"
11. Location = "Remote" + "executive assistant" + "travel"
12. Location = "Remote" + "chief of staff" + "ops" (flag — Step 2)
13. Location = "Remote" + "executive assistant" + "fractional"
14. Location = "Remote" + "executive office manager"
15. Location = "Remote" + "virtual assistant" + "executive" (flag — Step 2)
Show me the plan first in a short table (query, angle, why), then run it.
Step 2: Deduplicate and filter by EA fit
Deduplicate results. For each unique job, call the job detail tool and check:
- 1:1 support, shared desk, or chief of staff strategy seat? Report the split.
- Which executive level does it support, and have I supported that level?
- Does it include travel, expenses, and board or investor materials?
- Mostly coordination, or does it run a process end to end?
- Actually EA support, or a virtual or personal assistant role?
Discard anything that fails. Keep 15-20 strong matches.
Step 3: Score and rank
Rank the surviving jobs by:
- Craft match (1:1 EA > business partner > chief of staff > adjacent)
- Executive level match (CEO or C-suite > VP > unknown)
- Scope match (support plus admin > coordination only)
- Industry match (my industries > adjacent > unfamiliar)
Step 4: Deliver and schedule
Present the top matches in a table: Title | Company | Executive supported | Scope | Industry | Salary | Why it fits | Link.
Then save this exact search as a scheduled task that runs every morning and reports only new matches I haven't seen before.
