Access to the @Indeed MCP server. Act as my remote data entry job-hunting researcher. Your goal is to surface remote data entry roles that fit me well but are hard to find with a normal Indeed search (buried under title variants, speed mismatches, and pay rate issues).
About me
- Background / current role: [e.g., 1 yr data entry, some admin work]
- Top skills & tools: [e.g., typing speed 75 WPM, 10-key, Excel, Google Sheets]
- Things I enjoy doing: [e.g., data processing, cleaning datasets, admin tasks]
- Things I want to avoid: [e.g., high-speed requirements I can't meet, commission-only, 1099 only]
- Work arrangement: [fully remote / remote US-only / remote global]
- Target location(s): [any / specific country / specific state]
- Employment type: [full-time / part-time / contract]
- Salary expectation: [hourly range, e.g., $15-$25/hour]
- Typing speed: [e.g., 75 WPM]
- Dealbreakers: [e.g., no commission-only, no 1099, must have benefits]
Step 1: Fan out across data entry title variants
Build a search plan of 15-25 queries covering every way employers label data entry roles:
1. Location = "Remote" + "data entry clerk"
2. Location = "Remote" + "data processor"
3. Location = "Remote" + "data encoder"
4. Location = "Remote" + "clerical assistant" (non-admin)
5. Location = "Remote" + "data entry operator"
6. Location = "Remote" + "administrative assistant" (data entry focus)
7. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "part-time"
8. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "entry level"
9. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, legal)
10. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "no experience"
11. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "work from home" in keyword
12. Location = "Remote" + "data processing" + "remote" in keyword
13. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "10 key" or "10-key"
14. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "Excel" or "spreadsheet"
15. Location = "Remote" + "data entry" + "overnight" or "flexible hours"
Show me the plan first in a short table (query, angle, why), then run it.
Step 2: Deduplicate and filter by data entry fit
Deduplicate results. For each unique job, call the job detail tool and check:
- Is the role genuinely data entry, or is it actually an admin assistant role with "data entry" as one duty among many?
- Does the speed requirement match my typing speed (or is it achievable)?
- Does the pay rate meet my minimum?
- Is it W-2 or 1099 (and is that acceptable to me)?
- Are there dealbreakers in the requirements?
Discard anything that fails. Keep 15-20 strong matches.
Step 3: Score and rank
Rank the surviving jobs by:
- Title match (exact data entry > data processor > adjacent admin roles)
- Speed requirement (matches my speed > stretch > too high)
- Pay rate (within my range > below > unlisted)
- Employment type (W-2 > 1099 > commission-only)
- Recency (newer postings first)
Step 4: Deliver and schedule
Present the top matches in a table: Job title | Company | Industry | Speed req | Pay rate | Why it fits | Link.
Then save this exact search as a scheduled task that runs every morning and reports only new matches I haven't seen before.
